Watch out for any Mimics hiding nearby (there are a few currently hiding as boxes). Follow the path that leads to the screen, and then break through it using your wrench. First, look around the area where the Deep Storage entrance is for a sign that points to a Looking Glass screen.
Unfortunately the main path up is locked, so you’ll need to find a secondary way to reach the office if you want to continue learning more about the Typhon outbreak. In order to get the Golden Gun quest started, you’re going to need to find the body of Marietta Kyrkos, whose body can be found on your way up to Alex’s Office in the Arboretum.
